Holland Court, Flemington

286 new homes, including 50 social and 236 affordable homes. The development will also include quality public spaces that residents and the wider community can enjoy. 

The new homes at Holland Court will include a mix of one -, 2-, 3-bedroom homes to better meet housing demand in Victoria 

A new 5,000sqm public park will be developed at the heart of the site, providing a quality green space for the community to meet, enjoy nature and play. 

There will be a new cafe and mixed-use spaces for residents and visitors to enjoy. 

The future Holland Court site will better integrate with surrounding neighbourhood, providing connections to Debney's Park, the future Flemington Hub and a local pocket park.

The new buildings will feature: 

• Design that minimises heating and cooling running costs 
• Inclusive and accessible communal and semi-private spaces 
• Homes designed for modern standards of living 
• Shared open spaces that are informed by community consultation.

We asked the community to provide feedback on plans for the Holland Court, Flemington housing site between 25 September and 23 October 2023.   

Feedback received during the consultation period helped to inform our final plans to develop the site and we would like to thank everyone who took part in this process.

Delivered through a first-of-its kind Ground Lease Model, Homes Victoria is leasing the land to not-for-profit project partner Building Communities to manage and maintain for the next 40 years, enabling all land to remain in public ownership.
