Construction of new homes underway at Holland Court, Flemington

The construction of new homes at the Holland Court site in Flemington is officially underway and is on track for completion by late 2026. This exciting development aims to provide much-needed housing in the community.
Currently, piling works are taking place on site and will continue until mid-December 2024. Piling rigs, which are large machines essential for creating deep foundations, are being used to drill into the ground and insert strong piles that will support the future buildings.
Residents should be aware that there will be some noise and vibrations during this construction phase. We apologise for any inconvenience this may cause and appreciate your understanding as we work to bring new homes to the area.
Please note that there will be no construction activities on site during the holiday period, from 20 December 2024 to 13 January 2025.
