We’re delivering more and better homes at the Elgin Towers in Carlton.
231 new, modern, energy efficient and accessible homes will replace 196 old dwellings that are no longer fit for purpose.
This is an increase of around 18% social housing at this site.
The new buildings will feature:
- Design that minimises heating and cooling running costs
- Inclusive and accessible communal and semi-private spaces
- Homes designed for modern standards of living

Community and stakeholder feedback plays an important role in helping to shape the plans to develop new homes.
